Web Improvement Support for Healthcare
CLAHRC NWL, with the Department of Computing at Imperial College London, have designed a bespoke web application, the Web Improvement Support for Healthcare.  This is an online framework that enables project teams to enter and use data to drive their improvement initiative.

WISH allows entry of long term success tool, plan-do-study-act cycle records, comments, messaging, and improvement measures.  All the information can be output as reports including run-charts with statistical process control analysis.

The model driven approach adopted by WISH for healthcare data has been published and is available at the Journal of Biomedical Informatics.

Technical Notes

If you can't access the page in Internet Explorer:
Please try the following:

1. find the IE settings menu/button (often a ‘gear‘ in the upper right corner, or under the Tools menu)

2. go to 'Internet Options'

3. open the 'Advanced' tab

4. in the 'Settings' panel of the 'Advanced' tab find 'Security' (usually this means is near the bottom of the page)

5. make sure the 'Use TLS 1.2' is checked on
